She began her expedition to save and nurture Mother Nature in 2003 with Sparkle Group with the campaign ‘દાંતણ ચાવો દાંત બચાવો’ (chew neem/karanj stik and save teeth) ( to create the awareness about the significance of the tooth brush tree salvadora persica in dental care.

The next venture was opening of Satyam Organic Mall in 2006 to connect people to pesticides free food.

The attestation of her living the motto of her life can be found in these events. With a huge response from the mass and with theirs support the foundation of Satyam Charitable Trust was laid in 2009. The motive behind this was the welfare of the society and chiefly two of its important branches, women and children.

The society could avail the benefit of her vast knowledge and experience in the year 2018 in form of the unique organisation called Sajeevan Organic. Sajeevan means life-giving. This organisation proved to be a boon to the society as it linked the mankind to organic products, naturopathy and Ayurveda. The Sajeevan Foundation established in the consecutive year, 2019, strives to elevate the lives of women, farmers and the health of the beings by its various projects on women empowerment and for the better and bright future of framers.

A house to over two hundred medicinal herbs is a heaven on the Earth. The activities done here are commendable. Meeting with the Chief Minister of Gujarat

The selfless service that ignites the souls is well appreciated by all the thoughtful beings. One such example is respected Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Vijaybhai Rupani. The story follows this way:

Altruistic Nituben Patel had a thoughtful conversation with Mr. Shailesh Mandalia, Personal Assistant to the Chief Minister of Gujarat for over half an hour and then had the privilege to meet the knowledgeable personality like Shri Vijay Bhai Rupani on 26 th September, 2020.

In spite of being having profound knowledge of organic farming, a patient listener Mr. Rupani took deep interest in the meticulous details explained by Shri Nituben Patel and was convinced with her determination after a discussion and a round of questions and answers for one hour that substantial work in the field of organic farming under the guidance of Nituben. He immediately guided her towards

Shri Acharya Devvvrat, the Governor of Gujarat. The Governor dived deep into the matter for hours, checked all the details including marketing and packaging. A team of top officials including IAS Manish Bhardwaj and the officers from the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and OC-operation Department we astonished with the entire concept. After long discussions, the government and Sajeevan Organic decided to work hand in hand on this project. And then began the journey of deep research and progress.
